Partner, Head of Operations
Soeren Iversen brings over 20 years of international executive leadership across MedTech, HealthTech, Dental, and Hearing. He has held senior B2C and B2B roles, driving growth, transformation, and new market expansion in both listed and private equity-backed companies.
In hearing, Soeren led Audika, Demant Stockholm as CEO, successfully integrating 31 acquired hearing clinics, delivering 30% growth and exceeding M&A expectations by 12%. Prior to this, he co-founded and scaled Audionova (Sonova Denmark) into a 21-store retail and wholesale network, achieving a $21M exit in just three years.
Earlier, as CEO of Connect Hearing at Sonova Australia, he established 32 clinics within 18 months, pioneering Sonova’s first B2B to B2C vertical integration strategy. His career also includes founding and scaling TRI Dental Implants across Australia, New Zealand, and Indonesia, and leading the turnaround of Smartline Medical, a global MedTech player.
Soeren holds a Bachelor of Science in Audiology from Copenhagen University, a Bachelor of Commerce from Aalborg Business School, and completed the Executive Education in Leadership from St. Gallen Business School. He is multilingual and an active board member within healthcare and consumer sectors.
